(1) If any person or organized organization or domestic and foreign person or organized organization in joint investment wants to broadcast any program by establishing satellite and cable television broadcasting center. An application should be submitted to the Government of Nepal for approval.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal, after conducting the necessary investigation on the said application, may approve the applicant to establish a satellite and cable television broadcasting center and broadcast the program on the condition that the prescribed conditions are followed. Can give approval as specified.
(3) Other arrangements related to establishment and transmission of satellite broadcasting center shall be as prescribed.
